We’re a team of eight chartered accountants and finance professionals — small enough that you’ll always speak to someone who knows you and your business by name.
Every client is assigned a team of two: your primary contact, who handles your day-to-day, and a senior accountant whose job is to keep your business moving toward its goals. You’ll have both on mobile, WhatsApp and email, with normal queries answered within 24 hours.
We don’t measure ourselves in chargeable hours. We measure ourselves in thank-you stories from people like you.
Nikolay Atanasov, ACA
Nikolay qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG in 2011 where he specialised in financial institutions audit.
Since leaving KPMG, Nikolay has shifted his focus from large institutions to entrepreneurs and growing businesses, bringing them solutions such as cloud accounting, real-time management information and tax structuring.
He has considerable expertise in accounts and tax compliance and hands-on experience with outsourcing back-office functions such as operations and finance to more cost-effective locations.

Boryana Atanasova
Bobby is our practice manager. Her main focus is on using effective tools for organising and running the practice, creating clear channels for communication and feedback and ensuring smooth delivery of our engagements.
She is also responsible for client acceptance, disengagement and queries relating to benefits
applications.
A finance and accountancy graduate Bobby has spent most of her professional life organising high-profile events, managing projects and big groups of employees for a number of companies in the catering business.

Petya Karova

Petya has over seven years of experience as an accountant and is ACCA part qualified.
Outside of accounting Petya has more than twenty years of experience, working in diverse administrative positions in the sea transportation and logistics environment.

Angelina Dimova-Koseva
Angelina is an accountant with Shubraka and covers a diverse range of tasks including self-assessment tax returns, VAT returns, annual accounts, corporation tax returns and management accounts production.
Angelina holds a BA in Accounting and Audit and has over 15 years of experience as an accountant. She has worked her way up from junior accountant to Head of Finance for a medium size manufacturing concern before joining Shubraka.
Mihaela
Mihaela is a junior accountant with Shubraka and covers a diverse range of tasks including self-assessment tax returns, VAT returns, annual accounts, corporation tax returns and management accounts production.
Mihaela is a qualified bookkeeper and holds AAT’s AATQB qualification.
Galina Atanasova
Galina is an associate with our practice and her main role is in accounts production and initial preparation of tax returns.
She has an MA in Business Administration and Marketing and has previously held client facing roles and worked as admin support for small GP practices.
